I engineer a lot of menus …. Wings are typically a meal, no question. The flavor applications are limitless and can be easily pivoted to to offer trending flavors. Are they still ordered as an app? Yep and are great to incorporate in a sampler app, if the customer is wanting. Otherwise, for me, wings in their own category outside of the apps section of a menu makes more sense.
