Yeah i can say that because its only 2 weeks after s3.

Even though anyone non semi-retarded could of gotten it, still diminishes the reward, is nothing valuable in this game anymore? Whats the point of the curve achievement? And no, flavoured text isnt a reward enough in a 3d video game.

And most importantly, why was Blizzard lying to us? They literally said its going away on their website.

The end-of-expansion mounts (WoD, Legion, BFA, Shadowlands) were from defeating Heroic bosses, and not from the "curve achievement". It's a common misconception that the reward is from AOTC, when the reward continued to be available during pre-patches too.

Just because it isnt under the achievement doesnt mean they couldnt of removed the quest.

I already linked that in the original post above. The thing is, either there's a small typo in the official blog post (which seems more likely) or the reward wasn't intended to remain available (which seems less likely based on how mount rewards worked in the previous expansions).

Got it several months ago i think, not big into raiding but figured to just get it over with.
Happy to see more people get a shot at it, as time limited rewards are retarded, as are their supporters (except Blizzard since obviously they get monetary benefits out of it).

Yeah, imagine waking up and being person like that xD. Not to mention it works exactly like SL season 4 with mount for HC Jailer.

Raszageth/Sarkareth were always low chance drops and it's extremely unlikely they will be gone. Of course it won't be 100% drop on Mythic Sarkareth in TWW, also 100% drop mount from Mythic Fyrakk will become low-drop (no official info from Blizz, but we were going through this many times). Only raid mounts that dissapear forever are HC ones from final boss of expac.

The value of such rewards has always been tied to time, it doesn't matter if they remove them, keep them or limit their adquisition. Cosmetic rewards matter when they are the novelty, as soon as there is some cool new thing or enough time has passed, even in the same season they just become one more item in a collection of several hundred mounts, armor and weapon skins, titles, pets, toys... etc, that no one really cares outside of their very personal use of said things.

So the value is entirely up to you, your experience getting it and how you use it. How and when others get it is irrelevant.

Well usually they remove the reward because the raid/achievement is trivial to complete due to the following expansion giving us extra levels and gear. In Season 4, the difficulty increased as the whole raid was scaled up.

I don't really see how this is a welfare participation reward or leaving it in diminishes it - the raid scaled up, not down.

Woah calm down, little one! It’s going to be okay, I promise. You can just link your achievement as you stand around AFK, then everyone will recognize how cool you are for having that mount before they did! I suggest maybe making a macro, that way you don’t have to type it out each time. Someone as cool as you shouldnt have to be put through such menial work.

However, it cant be that valuable if the criteria for earning it is as you described. So I’m not quite sure what youre on about.
