I love this truck, it has been a dream to drive for the past few years, I am only selling because I just took delivery of a 1-ton truck which I need for additional payload capacity for our new truck camper.

Priced below median private party value (excellent condition, because that’s what it is), which doesn't even account for $10k+ in aftermarket accessories. 

MSRP in 2021 was $64,445. In addition, the truck camper, power steps and audio upgrades total more than $10,000. This is a $75,000 truck being sold for less than $42k, with relatively low miles for a diesel. You will not find a better priced, optioned, cleaned and maintained truck on the used market. If you are not willing to pay $42,000 for the truck, don’t waste time contacting me. I have $75,000+ in this truck, and after only 3 years am selling for $33,000 less. I will not sell for any less, I’ll just keep it as a backup to my backup vehicle for added redundancy.

Seeing this truck, you'll be impressed with the condition, just like new. And driving this truck you'll be impressed with the smooth, quiet and comfortable ride and the torque of the diesel.

I have a lot of money invested in audio and the Leer Shell and the Amp Research Power Steps, so if these things aren’t important to you, this may not be the truck for you. This is also a shorter wheelbase vehicle, which works out very well for those adventurous types looking to explore some backcountry roads and great maneuverability.

Every factory option was added to this vehicle, with the exception of the Kicker speakers in the tailgate — fully loaded inside and out. The HUD is awesome and the AT4 package/diesel combination is hard to beat. Great fuel economy (mid-20's) for a full-size truck and the diesel should out live a comparable gasser.

Vehicle has not been driven hard, forest service and gravel roads is the worst of it off-road, and I keep the speed in check on the highway. Living in Montana, Utah and the Black Hills of South Dakota, the four wheel drive has been exercised periodically, particularly during winter. The auto 4wd is also a really nice feature.

Vehicle has made several trips between our former homes in Montana, Utah and Texas, and current home in South Dakota.

Vehicle is pristine. I’m a clean freak, constantly cleaning & detailing and regularly waxing. I utilize Meguiar’s cleaning and detailing products and their Ultimate Wax. Vehicle is honestly as clean (inside) as the day I picked it up from the dealer new. I guarantee there isn’t a cleaner or more well-cared for vehicle than this one. No spills, stains, rips or tears, immaculate inside.

Although the truck is optioned from the factory with the upgraded Bose sound system, all factory systems are designed to limit output in order to protect the speakers, so the factory settings do not allow the speakers to perform as Bose intended. Therefore, we had an audio shop in Utah upgrade the sound with an amplifier, a digital audio processor, two 12” subwoofers and a custom under-seat speaker box by JBL for the subs (reference picture for the box, it’s really nice, made specifically for these truck seats). The audio shop then custom-tuned the audio settings with the processor, incorporating the amp and subs with the factory Bose speakers, and it now sounds clear and powerful. These additions were not cheap, hence my comment above about this truck and an appropriate buyer.

Tires have approximately 15k miles. They aren’t the most aggressive for off-road, but they are extremely quiet and provide decent traction in snow, mud, etc and are OEM size. As the AT4 is lifted from the factory, you could easily add larger tires, but the factory splash guards will need to be removed, which we didn't want to do, so we stuck with OE size tires.

There is only one scar on the truck, on the lower rear bumper (see picture). Also, one small scar on the Leer top (see picture).

Non-smoker. Garaged some, but not always. Not currently garaged.

We fill-up exclusively at top-tier fueling stations (i.e. Chevron, BP, Shell, Exxon, etc.). Average near 24 MPG. I initially used Opti-lube fuel additive, as we do with all our diesel vehicles when refueling, but this truck’s cap-less fuel filler makes it too difficult to add to the tank when fueling, so I gave up early on with this truck, but I am still particular about where we refuel.

All factory-recommended service completed, on schedule.

Clean title, but there is a lien with our credit union, so they currently hold the title.

I will only accept cash or wire for payment, no cashier's checks. I recently purchased another vehicle and had the money wired to the seller, it was easy and quick, and only cost $14.

I work out of town and travel frequently, so I may not be immediately available for showings.
